Orders Must Be Picked Up At The Covington Supermarket
- Orders May Be Picked Up On Your Selected Date From 11:00 am – Close
- Thanksgiving Day Pickups 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Christmas Eve Pickups 8:00 am – 4:00pm
Cajun Fried Turkey Re-Heat Procedures:
Any Turkey not being served immediately should be held cold.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Place turkey on rack in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water or broth in the bottom of the pan (Optional – Add 1 stick of butter or margarine)
- Wrap tightly with aluminum foil to hold moisture in the pan.
- Warm turkey for 55-60 minutes, then remove foil and warm and additional 15 minutes.
Oven temperatures may vary, Internal turkey temperature should be over 140 degrees for best quality.
