The company uses a triple filter reverse osmosis steeping process for 24 hours, then roasts immediately before brewing. The slow heatless steeping process reduces acidity, allowing you to enjoy the maximum coffee flavor without damaging your taste buds. Because of the concentrate’s strong caffeine and flavor, the company recommends drinking it as one part concentrate to two parts milk or water.
