Henning’s Savory Mashed Potatoes
4 large Potatoes, peeled and chunked
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup Henning’s Onion & Chive Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Henning’s Garlic & Dill Cheddar Cheese
To Taste Salt & Pepper
Place peeled and chucked potatoes in a large stock pot filled with cold water and 1 Tbs salt. Bring potatoes to a boil, reduce heat to medium high heat and boil until potatoes are soft. Drain potatoes. In the same stock pot add butter, milk and sour cream. Heat until butter in melted. Remove from heat, add drained potatoes. With a potato masher, mash potatoes until thick and creamy, add cheese and mix well.
