Fall pumpkins

At Acquistapace’s we love the fall and pumpkin season so here are a few easy recipes our team wanted to share!

Pumpkin Seeds

Pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons Butter, melted
1 1/2 Cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Watch Now.
Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally. Watch Now.

Easy Pumpkin Bread


1 cup butter, softened
3 cups sugar
3 Nellie’s Free Range Eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons each ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin


In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine dry ingredients; gradually stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Beat in pumpkin.
Transfer to two greased 9×5-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
